Role
Summary - The EUC & EUT Enterprise Architect is responsible for
designing, governing, and optimizing the End User Computing and End User
Technology landscape across the organization. This role ensures that all
EUC/EUT solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and
compliance requirements while driving innovation, automation, and cost
efficiency. The architect will lead strategic initiatives covering device
management, identity services, collaboration tools, and certificate lifecycle
management to deliver a secure, seamless, and productive user experience.
Key
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Strategy
- Define EUC/EUT architecture principles, standards, and
governance frameworks. Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for
EUC/EUT aligned with business goals.
- Ensure scalability, security, and interoperability
across all end -user platforms.
- Technology Management
- Oversee management of Entra ID tenancy and Active
Directory Certificate Services. Govern certificate templates, CRLs, PKI
infrastructure, and lifecycle processes.
- Drive automation for provisioning and de -provisioning
of user authentication certificates. Manage device lifecycle (laptops,
desktops, mobile devices) and endpoint security.
- Security & Compliance
- Implement identity governance, conditional access, and
compliance controls. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments for
EUC/EUT environments.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational
security standards.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with IT operations, business units, and
vendors for EUC/EUT delivery.
Provide technical leadership and guidance
to cross -functional teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for EUC/EUT
technologies and best practices.
- Innovation & Optimization
- Identify opportunities for automation and cost
reduction in EUC/EUT processes.Evaluate emerging technologies (VDI, DaaS,
collaboration tools) and recommend adoption strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for end -user
experience.
