Job Description
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing & Communications to join our world-class Marketing team at Talent International! This is a 6 month FTC (Marketing leave cover) role.
You’ll own the marketing and communications agenda, shaping strategy, partnering with executive leadership, and driving alignment across the business to support growth. From big-picture FY27 planning to day-to-day leadership, you’ll sit at the centre of how Talent shows up to market.
As Talent’s Head of Marketing & Communications, you’ll be involved across all aspect of our team’s activity. This includes:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Marketing team, setting clear direction, priorities, and accountability to deliver aligned marketing and communications outcomes.
- Own and lead the development and execution of the FY27 marketing and communications strategy, ensuring integration across business growth objectives.
- Partner closely with sales and executive leadership to align marketing strategy, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives with commercial priorities.
- Act as a senior stakeholder lead for marketing and communications, providing regular insights, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations to Executive Leadership.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure effectiveness, ROI, and impact of marketing and communications initiatives.
- Maintain crisis communication and issues management frameworks to protect and enhance organisational reputation.
- Manage the marketing and communications budget and external agency relationships to ensure effective delivery against FY27 priorities.
- Ensure governance, consistency, and compliance across all marketing and communications activity.
- Support the development of communication, inbound marketing, and public relations strategies that build solid relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead internal engagement and change communications to support adoption of the organisational strategic plan, ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum across all business units.
- Lead the strategic design and content development for the organisation’s annual conference, partnering with the executive team to bring this to life.
