Fenergo CLM Subject
Matter Expert (SME) with solid experience in production support, issue
analysis, and Fenergo .NET code development.
The role requires
hands -on expertise in Fenergo configuration, workflows, rules, and .NET
solution, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex business and technical
issues in a live environment.
The ideal
candidate will function as a bridge between business, support, and development
teams, ensuring platform stability while delivering high -quality enhancements
and fixes
· Minimum 5 years of functional expertise on
Fenergo v8 (FenE) CLM product.
· Knowledge in end -to -end customer lifecycle
management journey.
· Working experience on Fenergo base
application code – should be well versed in debugging and troubleshooting code
in .net.
· Must have hands -on experience in
developing functional requirements/ small business enhancements through Fenergo
application code.
· 5+ year of experience in .net C#
development.
· Experience in developing REST/SOAP APIs
and third -party integrations.
· Experience in SQL queries, stored
procedures, performance tuning.
· L3 Support experience in Incident and
Problem Management.
Experience in Banking
domain, Financial Crime, Anti Money Laundering, KYC, CDD, EDD, Customer
Lifecycle Management
