Job Type: Permanent position | Full time positionJob DescriptionThis BA will be responsible for the following:Leading the achievement of the Program's strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and systemsDefining and managing the requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needsProviding and directing recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information that support the BTGL Program to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business valueBe responsible for monitoring and identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities across the program and identifying root causes and recommend solutionsIs expected to analyse external vendor reports,



raise any concerns with the Stream Lead and document case issues and resolutions in an internal tracking log/register.Knowledge/Qualifications/ Experience3-5 years of business process improvement/re-engineering, data analysis, system functional / non-functional analysis experience and business case preparation experience.Knowledge of recent developments in financial services regulatory changeTertiary Qualification in Business or Finance related disciplinesExperience in stakeholder engagement in a project and/or an operational teamWorking knowledge of Advice RemediationExperience in compiling and presenting reports on MS Excel and MS PowerpointExperience in reconciling data and information across multiple sourcesExperience in one or more related disciplines - data anlaysis, project engagement, operational business workplace, financial reporting
