Clinical Nurse - Perioperative SuiteFull time or Part Time (min. 30 hours per week)
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse with a strong focus on plastic and reconstructive surgery to join our busy and rapid-paced Perioperative Suite.
You will work collaboratively with anaesthetists, surgeons, nursing and support staff across our 5-theatre suite, to ensure patients receive outstanding care throughout their journey.
This position is suited to a clinician with strong acute assessment skills, sound clinical judgement, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Selection CriteriaEssential:
Registered as a General Nurse Division 1 with the Nurses and Midwives Board of Western Australia.
Demonstrated advanced level of operating room experience.
Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills at an individual and team leave.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
Demonstrated effective leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
Knowledge of ACORN and relevant Australian Standards.
Evidence of participation in and commitment to quality improvement best practice principles.
Maintains a safe working environment for self and others.
Desirable:
Possession of, or working toward Bachelor of Nursing or other relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of, or working toward relevant Post Graduate qualification
Extensive clinical experience applying nursing research to clinical practice
Member of Operating Room Nurses Association of WA and/or Australian College of Operating Room Nurses
Computer literacy
