The OpportunityWe are seeking an energetic and commercially minded Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Michael Kors DFO Perth.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and loves developing people, creating exceptional customer experiences, and driving results.
A strong background in clienteling and relationship-building will set you up for success.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in elevating store performance, inspiring your team, and bringing the Michael Kors brand to life every day.
What You'll Be Doing
Driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and client engagement
Coaching, motivating,



and developing a high-performing team
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with returning clients
Ensuring impeccable store presentation, visual merchandising, and brand standards
Supporting inventory management and day-to-day operational excellence
Creating memorable client experiences that build lasting relationships and keep customers coming back.
Location: Michael Kors DFO PerthHours: Full time, 38 hours per week (Sunday to Thursday)
What You'll Bring
2–4 years' experience in a retail leadership role; premium or luxury experience highly regarded
Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and business development
Passion for clienteling and delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
Confidence using retail systems and Microsoft Office applications
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to take initiative
A collaborative mindset and passion for team success
