Home Group, Western Australia's largest and most respected home builders, is seeking a confident and well-spoken individual to join our inbound sales team on a full-time basis.
About the Role:As an Inbound Sales Operator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers reaching out via phone and internet.
Working from our West Perth office, you'll play a key role in identifying and qualifying leads, helping to generate valuable opportunities for our sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound telephone and online enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, budget, and preferences
Qualify leads based on criteria such as financial readiness and intent to purchase
Accurately record and forward qualified leads to the sales team
What We're Looking For:
A polite, friendly,



and articulate communicator
Solid active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Confidence in handling phone conversations and online enquiries
Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly regarded
Experience in the residential home building industry and a good understanding of qualifying potential buyers who are looking to finance and build dream home, is required.
