About Chance
The Contracts Administrator will support the Project Manager to implement and improve procurement and commercial processes on the Alkimos project,
reporting to the Engineering Manager.
You'll manage the upstream and downstream contractual aspects of the project, including subcontract creation, negotiation and administration.
Working closely with operations, finance and legal teams, you'll protect ACCIONA's contractual rights and help manage commercial risk across the project lifecycle.
Key accountabilities for the position will be:Manage subcontract creation, negotiation and administrationAssess contract terms, obligations and amendmentsMonitor contract performance and resolve disputesAnalyse commercial risk to protect and maximise revenueSupport sourcing strategy and procurement processesTrack compliance and address deviations or breachesReport on supplier performance and cost dataQualification and Competencies:Proven experience in a similar contracts roleTertiary qualification in Engineering or CommercePractical experience with finance systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSound knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards
