About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Copyworld in Osborne Park, WA.
As our Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and leading our sales team to success.
This is a full time position, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You will report to the Adelaide based Managing Director while working closely with the Perth based General Manager whilst overseeing day to day sales operations, mentoring , advising and coaching an enthusiastic and developing sales team.
You will responsible for the management of house accounts and will be included as a member of the Leadership Team to exchange ideas in business development strategy planning and report on results.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training and support to help them succeed
Analise sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make informed decisions
Work with the Service and Admin teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Represent the company at industry events, conferences and other networking opportunities
Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
What we're looking for
Recent success in a sales management role, preferably within the Business Solutions space
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems
