Your Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries and qualify their project requirements.
Meet with customers in our showroom and via phone, and email.
Design and quote customised residential, rural, commercial and industrial sheds.
Explain construction options, engineering requirements and building solutions.
Prepare qualified quotations and follow up outstanding proposals.
Convert warm enquiries into successful sales.
Build long-term relationships with customers through outstanding service.
Work closely with our drafting, estimating, administration and construction teams.
Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system.
Consistently achieve sales and gross profit targets.
