We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our night shift cleaning operations across Perth's rail network.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support your team, manage daily operations, and ensure stations are clean, safe, and ready for the morning commute.

Position: Cleaning SupervisorLocation: Start and finish at Perth Station, servicing stations along the Armadale LinePay: From $***** per hour plus penalties, super and allowanceContract: Perm full time contract fixed until 31/07/27Start date: ASAPRoster: Sunday to Thursday night from 22:00 to 05:36
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supporting a team of cleanersEnsuring all tasks are completed safely and to a high standardConducting inspections and quality checksCommunicating with management and team membersDriving a company van between locations as requiredHelping keep Perth's stations clean, safe and presentable
What You'll Bring
Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience is highly regardedExcellent communication skillsStrong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practicesFull WA Driver's LicenceAbility and confidence to drive the company vanReliable, organised and able to lead by example
