About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Receivable Payroll Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.
Managing accounts payable/receivable for Suppliers and customers as well as managing payroll functions and ensuring leave is processed accurately.
This role is adaptable start and finish time, with hours from ***** per week.
Key responsibilities
Timesheet Reconciliation and payroll Management
Accounts payable and receivable
Preparation of reporting of BAS and monthly IAS to the ATO (preferred not essential)
Preparation of reporting of Payroll Tax (preferred not essential)
Preparation of reporting of Superannuation Payments (preferred not essential)
Bank Reconciliation
Assist with monthly and quarterly cash flow forecasting
Maintaining databases
Assist with financial reporting
About you
5 years' experience in similar role




Familiar with Frameworks Program or similar accounting software or similar such as MYOB, QuickBooks or SAP
Strong business and finance administration knowledge
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent computer skills in MS Office
Highly organised self-starter and possess effective time management skills
