As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Financial Adviser who is confident taking ownership of the entire client journey—from the initial lead / client enquiry, through to strategy development, advice presentation and implementation.
This isn't a role for someone who simply delivers Statements of Advice.
We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded adviser who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, solving complex problems and helping clients make confident financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities· Manage the complete advice journey from qualified lead to ongoing client relationship.
· Conduct initial discovery meetings (face-to-face or virtual) and identify clients' needs, objectives and concerns.
· Develop comprehensive financial strategies tailored to each client's circumstances and goals.
· Present advice with confidence, clearly communicating recommendations and guiding clients through implementation.
· Identify opportunities across superannuation, retirement planning, personal investments, insurance, taxation strategies and wealth creation.
· Build long-term relationships through ongoing client engagement.
· Maintain compliant, accurate and high-quality advice documentation.
· Work collaboratively with our experienced administration and paraplanning team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
· Achieve agreed performance and business development objectives.
Essential ExperienceTo be successful you will have:
· Demonstrated experience providing personal financial advice to retail clients.
· The ability to independently manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to implementation.
· Solid technical knowledge across financial planning strategies.
· Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.




· A proactive approach with strong commercial awareness and initiative.
· FASEA compliant (have met ASIC education requirements), including completion of the Financial Adviser Exam.
· A commitment to ongoing professional development and delivering outstanding client outcomes.
