We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Senior HR Officer to join our Corporate Services team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you'll be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR support and play a key role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly.
This is a true generalist opportunity where no two days are the same.
You'll gain exposure across:
Recruitment and onboarding
Employment Hero administration
HR administration and employee lifecycle support
Employment contracts and HR documentation
Employee relations support
WHS and compliance
Policy administration
HR reporting and workforce data
HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, has a keen eye for detail and loves keeping things organised.
You'll ideally bring:
1–2 years' experience in HR, recruitment or HR administration




A qualification (or currently studying) in Human Resources or a related discipline
Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and the National Employment Standards
Experience using HRIS platforms (Employment Hero highly regarded)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail
