MTM Physiotherapy in Duncraig is seeking an experienced, organised and people-focused Practice Manager to join the physiotherapy practice in Perth.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice, while supporting the clinical team and delivering an excellent experience for patients.
The role combines practice management with financial administration responsibilities.Key responsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the Physiotherapy practiceOversee reception, administration and patient bookingsManage patient enquiries and provide exceptional customer serviceCoordinate and support the clinical teamManage accounts receivable, invoicing and paymentsProcess private health, medicare, compensable and other relevant claims in conjunction with the admin teamProcess fortnightly payroll, BAS preparation and general bookkeeping if your skills allowReconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial recordsMonitor outstanding accounts and follow up paymentsPrepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and cash-flow managementAbout youPrevious experience in practice management, office management,
