Options include the Terrace Rooftop, Belle Epoque Patisserie, Reserve Wine Bar, Conference & Event facilities, In-Suite Dining and FIRMA Restaurant.As a Brand Ambassador of Emporium Hotels, our Concierge Supervisor will play a crucial role in delivering our Emporium Service Promises - Effortless, Enriching, and Empathetic service.Key responsibilities include:Over-see the efficient operation of the Concierge Department in the absence of the Chief Concierge and Assistant Chief ConciergeThinking Like an Owner, assist in the management of the Concierge Department including rostering, counseling, training and continued encouragement of Team Members.Valet parking a variety of vehicles (an unrestricted open licence is a mandatory requirement of this role);Recognising the Guest is Everything, welcome guests in a friendly, skilled and efficient manner, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are maintained at all times.Attend to guest complaints, enquiries and requests with Grace Under Pressure.




Refer problems to the appropriate Manager if required.Assist in safety compliance and incident reporting, taking Pride in the Detail.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of hotel workplace policies and procedures and departmental standards.Maintain current knowledge of services, facilities and promotions offered by the Hotel.Enrich the guests' stay by offering informed adviceof the local Southbank/Brisbane area.About youThe ability to think on your feet with a solution focused approach to problem solving;Passionate about service with an understanding of how to meet guest expectations within a five-star hotel environment;Previous managerial or supervisor experience in the Front Office of a 4-5-star hotel highly regarded with the desire to develop and grow professionally;Outstanding personal presentation and attention to detail;The ability to work a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends;Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills;Confidence in using hotel-based computer systems;Current unrestricted open licence;Eligible to work in Australia.Why Join Us?
