Millthorpe Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager to join our team in Millthorpe, NSW.
This is a part-time position offering flexibility whilst maintaining responsibility for the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our retail pharmacy.
As Pharmacy Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction, staff performance, and business growth whilst maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care and regulatory compliance.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our community pharmacy operations and contribute to our commitment to delivering excellent healthcare services.Key responsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the pharmacy retail environment, including stock management, inventory control, and supplier relationshipsLead, motivate, and develop the pharmacy team, providing training, support, and performance management to ensure excellent customer service standardsOversee customer service and dispensing operations to ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical and retail regulationsMonitor financial performance, including sales targets, budgeting, and cost control measuresImplement and maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards to enhance the customer shopping experienceManage scheduling and roster planning to optimise staffing levels and ensure adequate coverageEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)
