You'll be the first point of contact for clients entering our clinics.
You will be welcoming clients, managing appointments, and providing administrative and financial support to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.

What You'll Do
Coordinate client appointments and manage a busy electronic clinic diaryProcess client payments (EFT, HiCaps,



MediPass)Recommend Kieser's products and servicesConduct membership consultsProvide administrative support to the leadership and clinical teamAnswer questions and resolve problems for clientsConsistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards
