*AMES Australia offers cultural, ceremonial, and representativeleave to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees inobserving significant cultural practices, attending communitymeetings and ceremonies, and fulfilling official duties with theFirst Peoples' Assembly of Victoria.About the role:If successfuk, you will provide effective andhigh-quality administration support to internal stakeholders.Working closely with the Coordinators in the Education PerformanceUnit, this position contributes to the smooth functioning of theEducation Performance Unit and supports compliance and qualityassurance activities.To be considered for this role,



you will be able todemonstrate the following key selection criteria:Minimum of Certificate III inBusiness Administration or similar field; and/or Atleast 1 years' experience in an administration roleDemonstrated ability to provideadministrative support in a funded/contracted setting,including the ability to communicate with a range ofpeople (for example, CALD communities and difficultclients)Demonstrated knowledge ofvarious administrative functions in Education programsincluding SEE, Skills First, AMEP and ACFEHigh level IT skills includinguse of online platforms in registering and enrollingEducation clientsProficient in Student ManagementSystems, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint andTeamsDemonstrated ability in usingonline platforms to support clients and client datareportingAbility to work with datasetsand maintain data integrityAccuracy and attention to detailin data processing and recordkeepingAbility to generate regularreports, undertake basic analysis of results and makesimple recommendations to management to highlightconcerning changesDemonstrated ability to takeinitiative, problem solve and take the extra mile toengage clientsExperience working with clientmanagement systems and/or government reporting systems(ARMS, Workforce Australia, SVTS, inputting andextracting dataPossess strong organisational and time managementskills, including the ability to effectivelyprioritise tasks from multiple stakeholdersExposure to financial processes,
