This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining and servicing our clients' plumbing and gas systems to the highest standard.
As a maintenance plumber, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
This position is essential to our operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and system reliability across our service area.Key responsibilitiesConduct routine plumbing maintenance and inspections on residential and commercial propertiesIdentify and diagnose general plumbing and gas system faults, leaks, and inefficienciesPerform repairs and replacements of pipes, fixtures, valves, and other plumbing componentsService and maintain gas appliances and systems in compliance with safety standardsRespond to emergency callouts for urgent plumbing and gas issuesKeep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each jobCommunicate clearly with clients regarding work undertaken and maintenance recommendationsEnsure compliance with all relevant plumbing codes, building regulations, and safety standardsMaintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any defectsContribute to a safe and skilled work environment across all job sitesWhat we're looking forCurrent Queensland plumbing licence Cert lllGas licence and experience licence ideal but not essentialPlumbing and Drainage Occupational licenceBackflow and TMV licence and experience ideal but not essentialMinimum 3-5 years' experience as a qualified plumber in maintenance,
