We're seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support regulatory reporting and internal change initiatives within a financial services workplace.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and validate regulatory reports prior to submission
- Apply risk frameworks to assess issues and manage escalations
- Support payment operations, including payment flows and messaging
- Work with internal stakeholders across operations, risk and compliance
- Contribute to process improvements and workflow automation (Alteryx)
About you:
- Experience in regulatory reporting or operational risk
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
- Understanding of risk management and escalation processes
- Payments operations experience highly regarded
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
