What the role involves:
- Deliver an excellent optometry service for every Bailey Nelson customer
- Busy clinics with 20 minute testing
- Create a qualified, friendly and stress free testing environment that is customer focused
- Develop a strong and personal rapport with your customers whilst embracing the Bailey Nelson culture and value
- Cultivate a strong partnership with the Store Manager and instore teams
