Our current Practice Manager is heading off on maternity leave come September, and we’re looking for our next superstar to step in. We’re a tight-knit crew located in Woodend which is nestled within the Macedon Ranges, providing exceptional animal care with a healthy dose of compassion & humour.

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):
- Keep our clinic running like a well-oiled machine
- Lead, inspire and motivate our fantastic team
- Master the art of daily operations: inventory management, HR, schedules & keeping clients happy
- Bring new ideas and improvements
- Be the ultimate go-to problem-solver & unofficial team cheerleader
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in the veterinary field (Practice Manager experience is a bonus!)
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- A cool, calm demeanour under pressure
- A heart that is big enough for animals and humans
- A sense of humour that makes our team laugh out loud (or at least giggle a little)
- A drive to support a positive culture within the workplace
- A keen eye for detail
