Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking an Test Specialist to join their team.

The Test Analyst is responsible for defining and executing test scripts that evaluate performance and compatibility with the intended operating setting of developed applications or software including test case creation and maintenance, test data creation and maintenance, test execution, defect resolution and testing progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and document acceptance criteria for Load testing using various methodologies derived from the testing requirements, such as Waterfall, Agile and hybrid approaches, in order to ensure effective system assessments.

2. Prepare test estimates, based on analysis of the test requirements, as required by program and project managers,



in order to ensure effective testing protocols and smooth system usage.

3. Develop test plans for various test phases, based on available project documentation, including system testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing and production verification testing, in order to confirm products are ready for usage.

Selection Criteria:

1. Experience in Load Testing. (K6 / Typescript)

2. Experience in Automation Testing (Selenium)

3. Ability to be hands on with scripting

4. Ability to handle both manual and automation testing.

On offer is a contract until 31/1/2026 at a highly sought after NSW Government organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
