- Eveleigh Location (Hybrid WFH – 50% split)

- $1120 per day + Superannuation

- 12-month initial contract

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a prominent NSW Government agency.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on business-as-usual (BAU) support activities, as well as enhancements and bug fixes. A key requirement is solid experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity), as the solution relies heavily on these components.

You will work closely with stakeholders, system administrators, and business analysts to ensure solution stability, performance, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

> • Deliver technical development and configuration using Salesforce.
>

>
>
>
> • Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> • Develop minor enhancements and changes in line with business priorities and agile delivery practices.
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> • Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, testers, and end users to support solution performance and usability.
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> • Contribute to release planning and deployment activities including code reviews, documentation, and testing.
>
>
>
>
>

Key Skills and Experience:

>
>
>
>
> • Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments.
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards,



OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Document Generation).
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a BAU support context.
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Lightning Flows.
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> • Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps.
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> • Understanding of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD deployment methodologies.
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
>
>
>
>
>

Preferred Skills and Experience:

>
>
>
>
> • Salesforce certifications, particularly in OmniStudio and Platform Developer I/II.
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar.
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> • Experience working in government or large public sector organisations.
>
>
>
>
>
>
>
> • Familiarity with ITIL-based support models and incident/change management processes.
>
>
>
>
>
