Urgent requirement for a Salesforce Testing Engineer - Contract - Geelong VIC, Australia

Requirements

- Extensive experience as Test Analyst (and recent).

- Collaborate with Test Management to deliver test outcomes that align with the program.

- Participate in Sprint/Test Planning and Backlog refinements;

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

- Test Analysis and Scripts using existing Test Management and Project management tools(JIRA/Confluence & Test Rail)

- Develop business test scenarios in collaboration with WorkSafe Product Owners and Business SME’s in line with approved business process documents and work instructions

- Execute System testing and System Integration testing in collaboration with Product Owners and Business SME’s, vendors, and external service providers.

- Develop Regression test suites in collaboration with Product Owners and Business SME’s against Production functionalities, Maintenance releases, and other releases as required.

- Liaise and engage with the Automation team for Regression Test coverage and report into the Programme on a regular basis.

- Execute System testing and System Integration testing,



and Regression testing in line with program release schedules.

- Assist with planning and developing test scenarios; coordinate UAT activities and enable the business to undertake extensive testing and sign-off.

- Raise defects in TestRail/Jira as per the Defect Management Framework and take ownership of defects through to resolution.

- Provide status reports relating to Test Coverage, Defects, and Execution Cycles using TestRail and Jira.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal business areas, Strategy Programme streams, and external service providers.

- Demonstrated verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

- Excellence in developing cutting-edge test artefacts.

- CRM/Salesforce experience is mandatory.

- Claims management experience would be desirable.

- Liaise and engage with the Automation Team for Regression Test coverage.

- Perform any other reasonable and related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Duration: 6 Months with a possible extension
