{"description": "DWS are seeking a very experienced SAP HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to join a major enterprise transformation program. This role focuses on leading the delivery of a new SAP HCM Payroll solution; working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure and implement a very high-quality outcome across a complex multi-country payroll environment.

Where : Sydney ideally; MEL/BNE/CBR/ADL also considered

Salary : up to $1150/day (ACN) or up to $250K (inc super)

Essential Skills & Experience

- Very strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, including payroll schemas and rules for Australia + other countries in the Americas, Europe, or APAC
- Substantial experience in leading teams delivering mutiple end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations
- Substantial experience in configuration of PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, Time, ESS & MSS, Interfaces, and FIORI apps
- Proven ability to configure SAP HCM modules and support testing, training and data migration
- Integration experience with HCM on S/4 HANA with Workday, SuccessFactors and other third-party systems.
- Experience leading project teams and contributing to broader delivery initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry-specific financial requirements
- Robust client-facing skills with the ability to engage senior C-suite stakeholders




- Ability to assess current processes and recommend technology-driven improvements
- Experience running workshops, gathering requirements and translating them into robust solutions
- Awareness of industry trends and emerging SAP technologies
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and collaboration skills
