We are partnering with a well-known enterprise organisation to appoint an experienced Scrum Master Lead to join a major transformation program during a critical design and discovery phase.
This role sits at the front end of delivery, working closely with Product, business SMEs, data and technology teams to shape roadmaps, define high-level features and establish effective Agile ways of working that will enable future integration and automation initiatives.
This is not a traditional delivery role focused purely on build and testing. Instead, you will help bring structure, alignment and momentum to complex early-stage initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Enable and coach high-performing Agile squads through strong servant leadership
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and PI Planning
- Support Agile adoption and embed effective delivery practices across teams
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to shape delivery roadmaps and prioritisation
- Coordinate dependencies, risks and sequencing across multiple workstreams
- Remove impediments and foster an environment that supports collaboration and innovation
- Track delivery metrics (velocity, flow, cycle time) to improve transparency and performance
- Promote psychological safety,
accountability and continuous improvement within teams
- Build strong relationships across business and enterprise technology stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will offer:
- 5 - 7+ years' experience in software delivery environments, including 3-5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
- Demonstrated experience working within complex enterprise programs, ideally during early design or discovery phases
- Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement capability
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping teams define structure and direction
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and scaled Agile environments
- Solid communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
This is an opportunity to influence delivery at the strategy and design stage while working within a large-scale enterprise transformation workplace. You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing Agile culture that values practical delivery and strong teamwork, supported by a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
