The Role:

We are working with a well-established business seeking an experienced Payroll & Accounts Officer to join their team based in Alexandria. This is a temporary prospect with an immediate start available, suited to someone who enjoys working in a hands-on and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with weekly payroll
- Manage timesheets and attendance records
- Review invoices and check allocations/coding accuracy
- Upload invoices into ERP system for processing
- Provide general accounts and administration support as required

About You:

- Previous payroll experience
- Experience using a large ERP system
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working within manual processes
- Confident handling invoice allocations and data entry
