Position: Technical Account Manager
Location: Perth, NOR
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + super + comms

Responsibilities:
- Renewal and sale of outsourcing services, hardware, maintenance, software and other products.
- Develop and implement plans that will result in sales.
- Plan and support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timelines and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities.
- Ensures the customers expectation are being delivered for the timely and quality delivery.
- Respond to customer enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Attendance at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
- To maintain and develop business relations with assigned customers.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding budgeted sales and profit objectives.
- Stakeholder/Vendor Management.

Role Requirements:
- IT procurement and services market and Infrastructure project requirements.
- Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Networking, Troubleshooting.
- System Engineer Background / Technical Background.
