Purpose of the Role:

Working in our corporate finance team, your role will encompass the management of a broad range of key financial functions across our corporate entities. Your role will be vital in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting our Financial Controller and broader business needs. We’re looking for a motivated individual to oversee essential accounting processes, cash flow management, reconciliations, and statutory reporting. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, providing critical financial insights and contributing to the continuous improvement of our financial processes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting functions for corporate and related entities, including cash flow management and forecasting. Prepare month-end and YTD financials, assisting with management and board reporting.
- Collaborate and Deliver: Provide timely financial data, supporting stakeholders with accounting queries and enhancing financial knowledge as a business partner.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax submissions, ensuring statutory compliance and accurate general ledger, reconciliations, and accounts management.
- Support Business Growth: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts,



and variance analyses, while maintaining the fixed asset register and providing project accounting support.
- Drive Process Improvement: Identify and implement process efficiencies, automation, and internal control improvements across financial operations.
- Rebates and Reconciliation: Prepare, analyse, and manage monthly rebate reconciliations.
- Assist in Audits: Support half-year and end-of-year audit processes, liaising with external auditors and supervising offshore resources.
