The Role
You will work within a dynamic and inclusive team learning and developing not only your own skills but mentoring and coaching junior staff.

- Mentoring, training and reviewing team members
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Providing high level business services, commercial and tax restructuring and succession planning advice
- Manage budgets and other KPIs




- Identify avenues to grow the fee base
- Managing client list and lodgement requirements

About You

- Hold a relevant degree
- Be CA/CPA qualified
- 6+ years’ experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
- Experience in providing high-end business advisory
- Passionate about guiding and developing staff
- An ability to prioritise, delegate and review work for the team
- An ability to build strong client and team relationships
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
