The Duke of Ed helps to inspire tens of thousands of young people in Australia every year. There are more than 30,000 young people currently completing their own unique Duke of Ed program through thousands of youth focused partners and operators, including schools and community organisations around the country.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Officer for the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award - Australia, your role is primarily to provide support for the day-to-day finance operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monthly invoicing
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Processing refunds
- Banking
- Reconciliations
- Inventory administration
- Other administrative duties
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Tertiary qualification (or working towards) a qualification in accounting.
- Previous experience in a finance role, specifically payables and receivables.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and problem solving skills
- Valuable office software/computer skills (Xero and Salesforce desirable)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A professional approach and positive attitude
- A sound understanding of accounting principles
- Team player with a hands-on approach and willingness to help where needed
