Accounts Officer needed in BundooraAccounts Officer
Exciting opportunity to join a innovative rural distribution group in Bundoora.
- Permanent full-time position
- $65 to $75K plus super

Your new role
To support the Accounts Administrator with daily accounts processing and reconciliations to ensure quarterly reporting deadlines are met along with the following:
- Processing AP invoices
- Provide a monthly update to the Accounts Administrator on overdue AR payments
- Follow up outstanding AR
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
- Monthly reconciliations of bank accounts
- End of month reconciliation of credit cards
- Assist with purchase orders as required for central account facility
- Gain an understanding of the rebate structures & payments and assist as required
- Assist with the setup of the new rebate system as required
- Assist with external audit
- Monthly journals for groups income
- Prepare commission statements & invoices quarterly
- Assist Office Manager where required
- Any other task as requested by the Accounts Administrator or Office Manager

- A strong willingness to learn and develop within the organisation.
- Resilient, a good ability to manage conflict and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-motivated approach to work including the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy, work under pressure and independently.
