About The Role

Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager ANZ, you will work alongside a supportive and professional team to provide financial services for our internal and external stakeholders. You will be working in a high volume environment where you will be processing of invoices and staff expenses in an accurate, timely and efficient manner, to ensure accounts are paid promptly. This position would suit a proactive qualified who can manage a high level of responsibility and who is a service orientated team player. We are open to recent graduates with a financial accumen, or someone with previous Accounts Payable experience. This contract role is available immediately until the end of November, and potentially beyond.

Your Responsibilities:

- Collate invoices, purchase orders and approval documentation of supplier accounts and process payments to maintain a supply of raw materials and services
- Take responsibility for supplier’s accounts responding to enquiries & resolving issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Take ownership of maintaining the accounts payable filing system
- Generate month end and year end reporting requirements to corroborate payables ledger balances
- Provide assistance with managing the company cash outflow & other treasury requirement / FX reporting

Our ideal candidate may have;

- Previous experience within an accounts payable function




- A track record of building relationships with both internal and external customers
- Previous exposure in a role which requires attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience in using ERP systems - Masterpack experience ideal
