4 month temp role paying $35ph + Super, CBD Location
Your new company
This well- known high end fashion group, located in the CBD, require the services of an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a 4 month contract.
The role will be responsible for the processing of Accounts Payable using Xero, and assisting from time to time other areas of the business.
Your recent role
Your duties will include;
- Daily processing of around 50 invoices into the Xero system each day
- Solving invoice queries with suppliers
- Ensure integrity of weekly batched invoices for accuracy and errors
- Reconciliation of Suppler accounts
What you'll need to succeed
This is a crucial position within the organisation, so the successful candidate will require;
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable processing and checking
- Experience with either Xero or MYOB and Excel will be highly regarded
- Clear communications skills both verbally and written
