An exciting opportunity has opened for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Shared Services team in a full time or part time capacity at our Perth CBD Head Office.

Titan ICT is a private company, established in 2003, and expanded in 2016 with the creation of Rail Systems Australia. These two businesses continue to grow rapidly across the country and as a result an Accounts Payable role has become vacant. This position sits within the Shared Services team, is led by the Financial Controller and plays a vital role in supporting both of our business streams to achieve operational and strategic outcomes.

The role will suit an enthusiastic, self motivated individual who has a can do attitude and is keen to work in a busy and evolving environment.

The key tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:





- Timely and accurate data entry of incoming invoices and credit notes
- Matching of purchase orders to invoices
- Monitoring the workflow review/approval processes
- Preparation of weekly payment runs
- Reconciling employee credit cards
- Manage vendor setup
- Monitoring of accounts email inboxes
- Supplier statements reconciliations

The ideal candidate would possess the following experience and attributes :

- Relevant Bookkeeping qualifications and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and quality output
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- well developed organisational skills
- Experience with Netsuite software is desirable but not essential
