Crafty Cargo Taphouse & Sports Bar in Queensland is seeking a hands-on Bar Manager to lead day-to-day operations, on the floor and behind the bar, while driving service standards and team performance.You'll manage rosters, labour costs, stock control, margins and customer service, recruit and train staff, and work closely with owners to grow the business.
RSA/RMLV compliance essential; nights and weekends required.
