Full-time permanent positionAnnual Salary: $95,002 per annum + Superannuation + Salary PackagingMake a Difference at South Bunbury Community Aged CareSouth Bunbury Community Aged Care is seeking passionate and qualified Enrolled Nurses to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis at our brand-new, purpose-built 180-bed residential aged care home opening in November ****.This is an exciting prospect to be part of a new service from the beginning while delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in a supportive and collaborative environment.At For Purpose Aged Care, we are guided by our CARE values of:Collaboration | Accountability | Respect | EmpathyAbout The RoleAs an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide safe, effective and person-centred nursing care to residents while supporting their physical, emotional and social wellbeing.Key Responsibilities IncludeDelivering nursing care in accordance with professional standards and organisational policiesAdministering medications and treatments within scope of practiceMonitoring and reporting changes in residents' health statusSupporting care planning and clinical assessmentsMaintaining accurate clinical documentationCollaborating with Registered Nurses, allied health professionals and care staffPromoting resident dignity, independence and quality of lifeParticipating in quality improvement and continuous professional development activitiesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:Essential RequirementsCurrent unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled NurseMinimum 2 years' post-registration nursing experience, preferably within residential aged care, community care,
