Rather than sitting within a single function, you'll work across customer experience, operations, product and marketing, gaining hands‐on experience and developing a well‐rounded understanding of the business.As part of the Operations team, you'll support a variety of projects and initiatives that help keep the business running smoothly while collaborating with teams across the organisation.
This is a unique prospect to learn how different departments work together, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain insight into the day‐to‐day operations of a fast‐growing global brand.No two days will look the same.

you'll take on increasing ownership and responsibility, creating a strong foundation for a long‐term career within Hismile.Responsibilities:Support B2B operations, including international retail ordering and communications with international warehouses and retailers.Contribute to operational support tasks, including fulfilment, administration, and supply chain coordination.Assist the product team with product sampling, packaging approval, as well as ordering PR and product sample materials.Help maintain accurate records of business activities and provide administrative support across the wider businessInvoice approval and processingSupport process improvement initiatives by providing input and assisting with implementationCommunicate with stakeholders and external partiesCreate social media content in front of cameraAbout you:Recent graduate or early‐career professional in Business or a related field (preferred, not required)Some experience in operations, customer support,
