generate invoicing and work orders in order to meet client KPIsCoordinate subcontractor administration and support with monthly reportingManage inbound calls from clients and technicians.Desired Skills and ExperienceSelection Criteria:Previous experience working in a customer service based roleIdeally has exposure in the Service industry - however not essentialConfident with technology and can work within complex in house systems, including MS Word, Excel and OutlookWillingness to learn, with excellent communication skillsStrongtime management skills and attention to detailPossess a positive, proactive customer focused approachGraduates encouraged to apply, with training facilitated for the right candidateWhy Grosvenor?
