Bobcat/Skidsteer operator / Street Sweeper operatorNationalTeam Cleaning Services – Homebush NSWNational Team Cleaning Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Bobcat/Skidsteer Operator / Street Sweeper Operator to join our team on a full-time, 6 day, 40 hour a week basis.
Based in Homebush West NSW ****, this is a hands-on position that plays a crucial role in maintaining clean and well-maintained public spaces and sites across our service areas.
You will be responsible for operating heavy plant and machinery to deliver high-quality cleaning and site preparation services to our diverse client base.
This role offers the opportunity to work with modern equipment in a agile and fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the presentation and functionality of the spaces we service.Key responsibilitiesOperate Bobcat and Skidsteer loaders safely and efficiently in accordance with operational guidelines and site-specific requirementsOperate street sweeping machinery to maintain clean pavements, car parks, and public spaces to the highest standardsPerform pre-operation and post-operation checks on all plant and machinery to ensure equipment is in safe working conditionMaintain accurate records of work completed, fuel consumption and any maintenance issues encountered during operationsAdhere strictly to health and safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)



and following all site safety proceduresCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to specificationTransport equipment between job sites as required and ensure machinery is properly secured during transitReport any equipment defects or safety concerns promptly to managementClean and maintain equipment at the end of each working day to ensure longevity and optimal performanceWhat we're looking forValid Heavy Vehicle Driver's Licence or equivalent, with a clean driving recordCurrent and valid Heavy Equipment Operator's Licence or Bobcat/Skidsteer certification (or willingness to obtain)Proven experience operating Bobcat, Skidsteer loaders, or similar compact heavy plant machineryExperience operating street sweeping equipment or road maintenance machineryStrong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to plant and machinery operationExcellent mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and report equipment issuesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in outdoor environments and varying weather conditionsStrong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructionsPhysical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks when requiredReliability and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting project deadlinesPreferably,
