About You
You are a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and providing practical, commercially minded advice.You'll bring:
3-5+ years' experience in a generalist HR roleExperience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR operationsSound knowledge of Australian employment legislationStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsConfidence managing competing priorities and working autonomouslyA collaborative, solutions-focused approachThe ability to build credibility and trusted relationships across different stakeholder groups
