You'll be on the floor, leading from the front, not behind a desk.
You'll own the store's performance - the team, the numbers, the presentation, the customer relationships - and you'll have owners who back you to actually run it.Day to day, you'll:Lead, coach and roster a team of full-time and casual staff, and build a culture people want to work inOwn your sales budget and KPIs, and know your numbers well enough to act on them dailyGrow trade and B2B accounts in your local patch - this is where the real upside sitsKeep stock, merchandising and store presentation sharpManage cash handling,
