As a Concierge Team Member, You Will:
Deliver friendly and helpful customer servicePromote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other customer servicesWelcome customers and provide directions, information and helpful solutionsBuild genuine connections by understanding customer needs and offering supportSupport festive events, activations and surprise-and-delight moments throughout the season
You'll Be Great for This Role If You:

enthusiastic and positive approach to every interactionConfidently engage with customers in a fast-paced and busy environmentEnjoy working as part of a team to deliver exceptional serviceGo above and beyond to support customers and retailers
To be successful in this role, you must be available to work from September through to January, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Full availability throughout November and December will be highly regarded.
This is a fixed-term contract that concludes on 31 January ****.
