Set against the stunning backdrop of Victoria's Bass Coast, RACV Inverloch Resort is entering an exciting new chapter with a major expansion that will further enhance our accommodation, guestexperiencesand resort facilities.As we continue to grow,we'reseeking an experiencedAssistant Housekeeping Managerto help lead ourhousekeepingteam and play a key role in delivering exceptional standards across the resort.Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager,you'llbe instrumental in the day-to-day leadership of the department, supporting a high-performing team while helping shape housekeeping operations during this exciting period of growth and transformation.About the RoleAs the secondincharge of thehousekeepingdepartment, you will lead Team Leaders and Housekeeping Attendants to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation,safetyand service across the resort.You'lldrive operational excellence, support teamdevelopmentand work collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests.Key responsibilities include:Support and deputise for the Housekeeping Manager across all operational requirementsLead,coachand develop Housekeeping Team Leaders and AttendantsDrive departmental performance, qualitystandardsand service excellenceCoordinate daily room allocations, cleaningschedulesand workforce planningMonitor productivity, labour costs, departmentalbudgetsand inventory levelsChampion workplace health and safety,



riskmanagementand compliance activitiesLead training initiatives and ensure all team members meet RACV service standardsWork closely with Front Office,Maintenanceand other operational teams to deliver an exceptional guest experienceIdentifyopportunities to improve efficiencies, servicedeliveryand operational outcomesLead by example,remainingvisible on the floor and actively supporting the team whenrequiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Proven experience in a Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Housekeeping Manager or senior supervisory role within a hotel,resortor hospitality environmentDemonstrated experience leading teams through supervisors or team leadersStrong operational, organisational and people leadership skillsExperience managing rosters, budgets,productivityand performance outcomesComprehensive knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning methods,chemicalsand equipmentStrong attention to detail and a passion formaintainingexceptional standardsExcellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across departmentsA hands-on leadership style with a positive, solutions-focused approachCertificate IV in Hospitality, Diploma qualification or equivalent industry experiencewould be desirableStrong knowledge of HSW policies,
