Based in Port Melbourne, they are looking to add an experienced Sales Draftsperson to their team to support the Sales function across Knock Down Rebuild (KDR), Duoloc and new home projects.
This is a excellent opportunity for a confident residential draftsperson who enjoys problem solving, working collaboratively and communicating with multiple stakeholders.THE OPPORTUNITYReporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:Working closely with the Sales team to assist in achieving signed contracts across new builds, KDR and Duoloc projectsPreparing accurate sales drawings and documentation using RevitContributing design ideas across standard home ranges, facades and client-specific requirementsDrawing and documenting product masters, sales plans, options and construction detailsWorking with steel frame construction requirementsReviewing plans and resolving design and drafting issues as they ariseEnsuring drawings meet internal quality standards, building regulations and relevant requirementsDelivering accurate documentation within required timeframesCommunicating effectively with Sales,
