As their business continues to grow, they are looking for a motivated and customer focused Customer Service & Internal Sales Representative to join our team based in Seven Hills.About the RoleReporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the internal sales function.
You will be the first point of contact for many of their customers and will work closely with sales, production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a qualified and timely mannerProcess customer orders, quotations and sales enquiriesProvide product information,



pricing and availability to customersFollow up quotes and identify opportunities to convert enquiries into salesMaintain strong relationships with existing customersLiaise with production and warehouse teams regarding order requirements and delivery timeframesCoordinate with transport and logistics providers where requiredMonitor customer orders from initial enquiry through to deliveryHandle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionallyMaintain accurate customer and order records within the company's systemsAssist the external sales team with administration and customer follow-upIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross sell relevant productsSupport general sales and customer service administration as requiredAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, commercially minded and enjoys dealing with people.Ideally, you will have:Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, sales administration or a similar role
