This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on problem-solving, balancing priorities, and delivering exceptional customer service.Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of schemes with the support of a strata assistantAttending and facilitating body corporate meetings,



including minute-takingBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with committees and stakeholdersProviding expert advice to clientsPreparing and managing budgetsReviewing financial statements and overseeing arrearsResolving disputes in a professional and timely mannerAbout YouYou're an experienced and organised professional with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
