About the roleJoin Wesley Mission Queensland as a Disability Support Worker in our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) team.
This is hands-on, meaningful work where you support vulnerable people with disability to build independence in their everyday lives.In this role, you will:Led by Registered Nurses Trained to practice High Intensity Supports (i.e. Dysphasia management, Epilepsy, Tracheostomy).
Provide personal care and daily living support (meals, hygiene, household tasks)Support individuals to build independence and life skillsAssist with community access and participationWork collaboratively with a team to deliver active supports and, person-centred careWhat your day can look likeNo two days are the same.
